Quite a few years ago, I decided to spice things up and ventured into commercial and asset management, bringing my expertise to the vibrant streets of Bristol and the charming corners of the South West. My journey has been nothing short of a rollercoaster, funding the wildest dreams of entrepreneurs. We're talking about printing presses, CNC machine tools, and even quirky projects like setting up a fertility clinic or crafting a pristine clean room.

I have retained and dealt with clients for over 30 years throughout the UK. I provide commercial mortgages, development loans, and bridging loans. I also work with international funds, real estate introducers, international contract lawyers, and family practices.

It took a whopping six months of negotiations and back-and-forth with the CAA to get that baby approved. But why, you ask? Well, it was all for the sake of capturing breathtaking aerial shots, like the iconic opening sequence of the BBC's East Enders featuring the majestic River Thames.
